At GROHYPE TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, we deal primarily in IT hardware, enterprise technology products, and B2B solutions. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellation, refund, and order modifications in compliance with applicable Indian laws.

1. Order Cancellation

a) Before Order Processing / Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To request cancellation, customers must contact us via email or phone with order details.

b) After Dispatch

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • This is due to vendor commitments, logistics costs, and product handling.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled or refunded:

  • Special or bulk orders placed on customer request
  • Customized or configured products
  • Software licenses, activation keys, or digital products
  • Products procured specifically against advance payment

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Payment gateway charges, bank charges, or taxes (if non-recoverable) may be deducted.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product is received in damaged or defective condition, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos/videos as proof.
  • Replacement or resolution will be handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
  • We do not offer direct cash refunds for manufacturer-warranted products.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delay caused by logistics partners beyond our control
  • Force majeure events (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions)
